Credit Controller Stable NZ company
My client is a privately-owned distribution and wholesale/retail company. They are replacing the existing Credit Controller who is moving roles due to an internal promotion. You will join a small, friendly and supportive accounting team based out of the Head Office in Ellerslie. Reporting into the Financial Controller you will take sole responsibility for the Credit Control function. There are approximately 600 live customer accounts - the work is not particularly high volume, however accuracy is vital as the ledger can be quite complex. You will be responsible for: • Chasing outstanding debts This is the type of role that will keep you busy and challenged. You will be communicating with a variety of customers and your strong negotiation, communication and customer service skills will ensure success. In short you should have a firm but fair approach. It is essential that you have considerable credit control experience in a business to business environment. As well as being persistent and organised you will also have a tenacious yet friendly approach and enjoy working in a small team.
