We provide flexible financial solutions for individuals and small to medium business customers that are easy to understand and simple to put in place. **Who would suit this role?** In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all inbound calls, assisting customers with their queries or re\-directing to other departments if required. This opportunity will suit someone who has previous customer services experience and is comfortable working in a call centre environment.
