Finance Transformation Lead

**Te whiwhinga mahi \| The opportunity** This newly created role reports directly to the Director of Finance Transformation and offers a unique opportunity to shape and lead the execution of functional and cross\-functional initiatives aligned as part of our finance transformation journey. You’ll champion continuous improvement across finance, embedding a mindset of system\-first solutioning to key business process challenges. A key part of your role will be to create, maintain and communicate a centralised view of the finance transformation roadmap, aligning closely with the Oracle Fusion roadmap and overall finance strategy. You’ll also collaborate with senior stakeholders to surface strategic insights and refine transformation priorities based on evolving business needs.
