Our Service Desk Analysts are professional and competent at resolving incidents and requests raised in our computing, application, radio, mobility and telephony environments via telephone, email or self\-service portal. To support our frontline police we operate a 24/7, 365 days a year service desk and are looking for motivated people to join our rotational rostered shifts.
