How do you apply for a job at Xero?

Xero advertises roles on careers.xero.com, and each ad's "Apply Now" button opens its online application. A typical process has four stages: a talent team screen, a skills interview (a case study, technical exercise or portfolio review), a values interview, then a decision and offer. Xero suggests applying for no more than two jobs at a time and aims to reply within two weeks to candidates it wants to progress.

You need the right to work in the role's country; visa sponsorship is decided case by case. To reapply for the same role you wait 6 months (12 months for some technical roles).
